Northchase Homes for Sale and Market Report

NorthChase is a residential subdivision of nearly 900 homes in the northern portion of New Hanover County and Wilmington, NC. The community has great amenities such as community swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, walking trails and fishing ponds.  The community is convenient to shopping, dining, area beaches, the airport, and the historic downtown river front.

Within the subdivision there are are various subsections that include larger custom homes, entry and mid-level homes as well as townhouses.  Prices typically range from the upper $100,000's up to $400,000+.  There are several community events and activities sponsored by the owners' association.

While the community is considered in Wilmington, NC, it is technically not in the city limits-therefore not subject to city taxes.  Water and sewer is provided by the Cape Fear Public Utility.  Power is provided  by Duke Progress Energy.  Trash services are provided by various companies and home owners are free to choose which one they want to use.

NorthChase is a very desirable community do to its size, location, and affordable amenities.  The relatively wide range if homes and prices also makes the community a top search for many home buyers.
